We are expanding our practice with the creation of Monarch Cosmetic Dermatology and are seeking an outstanding Cosmetic Dermatologist to lead this next chapter in growth.

We are seeking a highly skilled, board-certified Cosmetic Dermatologist to provide cutting-edge, nonsurgical aesthetic treatments in a state-of-the-art facility with an established high-end clientele. The ideal candidate has a passion for facial aesthetics, experience with injectables and lasers, and is eager to build a cosmetic-focused dermatology practice with full clinical and marketing support.

The ideal candidate has a passion for facial aesthetics, experience with injectables and lasers, and is eager to build a cosmetic-focused dermatology practice with full clinical and marketing support.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform cosmetic dermatologic procedures including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, lasers, RF microneedling, and skin rejuvenation treatments.
- Collaborate with Dr. Starkman and our surgical team for pre- and post-operative skincare planning.
- Provide expert consultation, treatment planning, and long-term aesthetic guidance to patients.
- Participate in high-level brand building, PR initiatives, and social media strategy (if desired).
- Oversee and help grow a cosmetic-focused clinical dermatology team under Monarch Cosmetic Dermatology.
- Board Certification in Dermatology (American Board of Dermatology)
- Arizona medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Extensive experience with cosmetic dermatologic procedures
- Professional, confident, and polished presence
- Entrepreneurial mindset and patient-focused approach
- Experience in a high-end aesthetic or concierge practice is a plus
- Base salary: $500,000/year
- Bonus structure based on revenue and productivity
- Potential equity or profit-sharing structure
