Position Summary :
STARPLUS ENERGY LLC is seeking a customer service and detail-oriented Benefits Specialist to join our Human Resources Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the daily and administrative functions essential to benefits administration. The ideal candidate will possess customer service skills, organizational skills, strong attention to detail, prioritizing their workload, and adhering to pertinent deadlines . This position reports to the Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Administer benefits in ADP, respond to employee inquiries, and mitigate claims issues
- Manage LOA including FMLA / STD / LTD / Military / Personal Leave
- Manage all benefits invoices by reconciling invoices and submitting to Finance for payment
- Process QMCSO’s, wage garnishments, and employment verifications
- Collaborate with ADP’s Benefit Solution Specialist to ensure successful new hire enrollment and benefits management while mitigating discrepancies
- Create benefits reports for compliance
- Update and manage ADP homepage with a benefits resource center
- Create instructions for benefits processes
- Escalate benefits related dilemmas to Sr. Compensation Benefits Specialist
- Perform other position related duties as assigned
