What are the responsibilities and job description for the Personal Banker Float position at State Bank?
Summary Of Position
Drives banking center performance results through strong individual sales performance. Develops and maintains long-term customer relationships through sales of deposits, loans, and other products and services. Supports the daily operations of the banking center while providing superior customer service. The Personal Banker Float will travel to branches across our footprint on a frequent basis.
Essential Functions
- Provides guidance and participates in daily operational and sales activities to achieve customer service and business growth objectives
- Provides excellent customer service and adheres to State Bank Customer Service Standards.
- Travel to branches within the banking footprint on a frequent basis for an undetermined length of time.
- Leads the conversion of service requests to sales.
- Builds camaraderie among the team to help deliver on service and sales goals.
- Drives sales through consistent profiling, cross-selling, and follow-up activities. Meets individually established goals.
- Focuses on key behaviors that result in quality new accounts that are relationship-based with deep cross-sell opportunities.
- Knowledgeable of consumer loan products and takes credit applications and presents recommendations.
- Processes customer transactions accurately and in compliance with current policies procedures and guidelines.
- Exhibits excellent judgment in handling confidential information.
- Follows all regulatory, security, and audit requirements.
- Ensures that proper cash control and audit procedures are being adhered to.
- Participates in the bank-wide referral program.
- Participates in the bank-wide training program.
Qualification
High school education or GED required with some college preferred. Previous customer service background is required—previous computer experience with Windows, Microsoft Office, and other computer applications. Previous cash handling experience preferred.
Salary : $34,709 - $41,800
