Our Telecom department supports and enhances telecommunications, enterprise applications, and cybersecurity readiness for our state fund. Under the supervision of the IT Supervisor II, as an essential member of the Telecom department, the Information Technology Specialist I will provide routine to complex technical support of customers for contact center applications like Five9, Avaya software applications and MS Teams telephony applications, Rightfax, Etherfax and telecommunications hardware equipment. The incumbent will respond to Users requests by troubleshooting and resolving complicated operating system problems, including hardware, software, network, and telecommunications issues within defined SLA in an enterprise network.
New to state candidates will be hired into the minimum salary of the classification or minimum of the alternate salary range when applicable. Placement to an alternate salary range may be based on education or experience identified in your state application.
