As the Scrum Master I, you will play a crucial role within an EPMO by focusing on the optimization of processes and tools that support project management and delivery. This position combines technical expertise with strong interpersonal skills to ensure that project management tools / processes are effectively utilized and maintained. A proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and a passion for continuous improvement. You should thrive in collaborative settings and be adept at navigating complex project environments while maintaining a focus on delivering value and efficiency within the EPMO people, process and tools function.
Responsibilities :
- 40%) Management of EPMO Tools : Oversee the administration and maintenance of all EPMO tools to facilitate project tracking, reporting and resource management.
- 20%) Data Integrity and Accuracy : Collaborate with team members to ensure that project data is accurate and reliable. This involves regular audits and updates of data within the tools.
- 10%) Reporting and Analysis : Assist in generating comprehensive reports and analyzing project data to support strategic decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
- 15%) Communication : Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey project status, issues, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
- 15%) Organizational Skills : Display strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and ensure deadlines are met.
