In the role of an Account Associate at the Pam Johnson State Farm Insurance Agency, your contribution is integral to our daily operations and the satisfaction of our customers. Your responsibilities involve fostering strong client relationships and facilitating communication between customers and various agency departments to enhance their experience. **Please Note THIS IS AN IN-OFFICE position. **
MON – FRI: 830AM TO 5:00PM WITH 1 HOUR LUNCH
SATURDAYS: 9AM TO NOON. ROTATING WITH OTHER TEAM MEMBERS. MAY WORK 1 -2 SATURDAYS /MONTH. If a Saturday is worked, then 3 hours off is allowed to be taken during the week.
This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents’ employees are not employees of State Farm.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

- Active Arizona Property & Casualty Insurance Producer License with insurance sales and/or service experience required. **

- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Meet needs-based sales goals.
- Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions.

- To help kickstart your initial success at our agency, earn up to an additional $5,000 in bonuses on top of commissions. Write 120 Auto policies and 20 Life polices. Bonus sales window time frame (after 30-day onboarding): 31st day to 150th day.
- Active Producer Property & Casualty License Required
- Insurance Sales/Service Experience Required
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
