Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a portfolio of clients across both insurance and financial service lines
- Provide tailored recommendations for life, health, and financial products based on client goals
- Conduct financial reviews to support retirement planning, investment management, and asset protection
- Stay up to date on industry trends, product changes, and compliance requirements
- Prospect and cultivate new client relationships to drive growth and revenue
- Achieve individual and agency sales targets through consultative selling and high-quality service
- Strong communication, consultative sales, and relationship-management skills
- Self-motivated with professionalism, integrity, and a client-first mindset
- Ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly and simply
- Active insurance license (Life & Health required; Property & Casualty a plus)
