Springfield, Illinois to serve as primary care physician on a secure
forensic unit. Provides medical care and treatment to patients and

- Provides evaluation and treatment for injured employees.
- Participates in all Department of Human Services and Elizabeth
- Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably
