Under the direct supervision and oversight of an appropriately licensed or certified Behavioral Health professional, individuals in this classification also perform screening assessments of behavioral and emotional functioning, intelligence, achievement, and adaptive functioning. May serve in supervisory roles as based on organizational/facility guidelines, and may provide direct supervision to employees in less advanced classifications. Requires Master's Degree in Psychology or a related field acceptable to the hiring agency, a minimum of 5-6 years of experience, and full licensure or certification as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Mental Health Therapist (LCMHT), Licensed Certified Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Therapist (LCIDDT), or Licensed Certified Addictions Therapist (LCAT).
