Job Location:
- The office for this position is the Truman Bldg., 301 W. High Street, Jefferson City, MO 65101.

About this Position:
This position is for either an Associate Applications Developer or Application Developer, depending on your experience. The position is a part of the Shared Services Team. The Shared Services team serves as a ‘hub’ for the virtual Center of Excellence (COE) in applications development for the selected enterprise tools. This role is more than just application development, as you will analyze, develop, test, and deploy solutions involving the selected enterprise tools.
This applicant will be someone who enjoys collaborating with enterprise architects and COE application development teams to create and maintain policies, processes, best practices, training guidelines, etc.
This position is with the Office of Administration, Information Technology Services Division (OA-ITSD), supporting the virtual Centers of Excellence and reporting to the Shared Services Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Be the ‘go-to’ person for COE Applications Development teams.
- Collaborate with the COE Applications Development team members to help troubleshoot, provide guidance, etc. for the successful adoption and growth of the enterprise tools.
- Analyze, collaborate, develop, test, and deploy solutions involving the selected enterprise tools.
- Perform code and application reviews to ensure that appropriate policies, standards, and best practices are followed.
- Apply communication skills, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of best practices to collaborate with COE Application Development teams.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects and COE application development teams to create and maintain policies, processes, best practices, training guidelines, etc.
- Build, maintain, support, and enforce ITSD policies to guide the consistent development within the portal platform including guidelines for compliance requirements, and establishing governance processes that all ITSD teams will utilize.
