We are recruiting to fill a Business Analyst position responsible for analyzing organizational needs; designing alternative workflow solutions; determining and documenting requirements and formats; and working with Information Technology Services, Court Business Services and Administrative Services staff to develop, test and rollout proposed solutions.
Other key responsibilities include:
- Works collaboratively with Information Technology Services, Court Business Services and Administrative Services staff and business end-users to define requirements and provide solutions that create efficient workflow processes
- Ensures end products meet standards and requirements by executing, testing and coordinating the implementation of proposed solutions
- Develops, documents and executes test cases that ensure the system provides the desired functionality
Desired skills and knowledge:
- Demonstrates the ability to understand the technologies and infrastructure used by the Information Technology Services Division
- Working knowledge of structured query language (SQL)
- Ability to analyze policies, procedures and operations; organize their component parts into system specifications, databases and/or programs; and adapt them to an automated system

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related field
