This position may be filled at one of the three levels based on knowledge, skills, and abilities. The entry salary is posted above, with the intermediate starting salary of $54,953.76 and a senior starting salary of $59,350.08.

What you’ll do:
- Performs the planning and development of aerial acquisition projects. Develops contract documents and provides quality assurance for contract deliverables including aerial photography, control surveys and design grade LiDAR.
- Process and register mobile and drone lidar data, extracts topographic and planimetric features, and produces deliverables.
- Provides technical support in GIS data collection. Research emerging GIS data collection technology.
- Manage the Design Division's geospatial data, including Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR), aerial photography and survey.
- Plans and performs control surveys for Lidar or Aerial data acquisition.
- Operates UAV to collect Lidar or Photogrammetry data.
- Processes Lidar or Photogrammetry data.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree: Geography, Computer Science, Surveying, Geographic Information Systems, or related field
Special Working Conditions:
- Job may require occasional, statewide, overnight travel.
- Wavier of minimum requirements may be considered.
- Hybrid telework option may be considered after six-month probation period. Full-time telework is not available.
