- Manage and implement a new federal HUD grant program while serving as main point-of-contact
- Develop partnerships, and communicate and serve as a liaison between federal, state, and local agencies and organizations
- Oversee all outreach and marketing initiatives to include the development of materials
- Ensure compliance with grant deliverables, Missouri statutes, regulations, and industry best practices as appropriate
- S ubmit quarterly/annual reports
- Develop contract language for various types of contracts
- Bachelor’s degree and 4 or more years of relevant experience. (Substitutions may be allowed.)
- A high level of commitment, and ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
