Includes database entry work. This position is supervised by the Supply Manager. Duties Include: 1. Oversee the receiving of goods from outside vendors, i.e., bulk forms, supplies, and office equipment. 2. Assist with office moves involving cubicle furniture. Updating of the supply database. 3. Assist with the maintenance of office and stockroom equipment (calculators, Pitney Bowes, etc.) and surplus of office equipment and supplies. 4. Assist with and oversee shredding of confidential material. 5. Assist with the purchasing of office supplies from outside vendors. 6. Does related errands for the benefit of the Department. 7. May perform custodial duties in the work area. 8. May perform other Special Services duties as required. REQUIREMENTS: One year of experience in inventory, warehouse, material supply or other closely related field. OTHER: Valid driver's license. Knowledge of: data entry; stockroom/warehouse procedures; inventory and stock control, maintenance of basic office and stockroom equipment; personal computer operation. Skill in: mechanical areas; organization; oral and written communication; development and implementation; analytics and math; personal computer operation; spreadsheets and word documents. Ability to: work core hours of 8 AM to 4 PM and a rotational schedule until 5 PM. (Flex time for an 8 hour day with 1/2 hour or hour lunch.)
