 Job Order Hourly Rate of Pay: $22.67 (Based on education and/or years of relevant work experience reflected on the application).

 This temporary position will be assigned to the Department of Health and Human Services. This position is located at 4312 District Dr, Raleigh, NC 27607.
In this position you will provide administrative support to the Administration - Finance Team within the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner. This position will be responsible for verifying data, summarizing and reconciling financial and billing data, records management, payment request review and processing, data collection and analysis research. As well as process billing and communications for decedent transportation, hospital storage and radiology services.
NOTE: Â Qualified applicants must meet and CLEARLY reflect on their application training and experience and all knowledge, skills, abilities, and any experience or competencies specified in the posting and/or supplemental question(s) to be considered. - Thorough knowledge of services, policies and procedures related to a program or area of specialization.
- Thorough knowledge of program information systems in order to communicate and process information.
- Ability to work in collaborative team environment to resolve issues and achieve organizational goals.
- Ability to apply knowledge of data collection, storage, organization, manipulation and/or analysis of data.
- Ability to utilize office equipment (Phone, Computer, Printer, Scanner and Fax) and other relevant technology (software and systems)Â to meet organizational needs. Including Adobe Acrobat Pro, Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Ability to communicate and present ideas clearly and effectively in verbal and written form.
