What You’ll Do:
CCMEP EMPLOYMENT SERVICES REGIONAL COORDINATOR
- Read and interpret CCMEP policy which includes both the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Youth program and Temporary Assistance for Needy Families programs.
- Answer technical assistance questions received from local stakeholders and the public about CCMEP policy.
- Ensure local CCMEP programs are following both state and federal guidelines.
- Develop and present training in-person and virtually on CCMEP policy, strategies, systems use and the coaching case management model.
- Visit local programs and meet with them both in-person and virtually to provide technical assistance related to CCMEP, strategies, systems use and the coaching case management model.
- Review performance corrective action plans and develop responses.
- Review CCMEP local plans and local policies to recommend approval or modifications.
- Draft and review written materials about CCMEP policy, procedures, systems use and coaching model for distribution.
- Work with internal partners in performance, policy, systems, other programs and other subject matter experts to develop content and provide technical assistance.

Schedule:
Standard workdays are Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. with the possibility of an approved flex schedule depending operational need.
Travel:
In-person attendance at quarterly & annual team meetings (location rotates across Ohio).
In-person attendance to for technical assistance and training several times a month across Ohio.

Pay Information
This position is in the State of Ohio’s E1 Pay Schedule, Pay Range 31. Unless required by legislation or union contract, starting salary will be the minimum salary of that pay range (step 1, currently $26.72 per hour). These ranges provide a standardized pathway for pay increases. With continued employment, new hires move to the next step in the range after 6 months and annually thereafter. Cost of Living Adjustments increase wages in these ranges each fiscal year. The current step progression wages are in the table below.

Telework Policy
ODJFS may require occasional in-person meetings for training or other operational needs. You will have access to ODJFS shared workspaces, if needed. Employees are required to sign a teleworking agreement upon their first day. Schedules are subject to change based on the agency’s operational needs and telework status. Telework is considered a privilege and agreements are reviewed annually.
