What You’ll do as a Human Capital Management Analyst
- Assist with recruitment efforts including attending career fairs.
- Post vacancies and screen candidates for minimum qualifications.
- Schedule and conduct interviews.
- Assist with candidate onboarding and new hire orientation.
- Ensure proper documentation is collected and maintained such as background checks, position descriptions, employment verification etc.
