The Ohio Department of Taxation is responsible for the administration of individual and business taxes across the state. What You’ll do as a Human Capital Management Analyst

  • Assist with recruitment efforts including attending career fairs.
  • Post vacancies and screen candidates for minimum qualifications.
  • Schedule and conduct interviews.
  • Assist with candidate onboarding and new hire orientation.
  • Ensure proper documentation is collected and maintained such as background checks, position descriptions, employment verification etc.
