Position Purpose:
As the Flight Club Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in executing growth for our fast-growing company’s future. Your AOR will be to execute the implementation, Marketing and PR strategies including product, campaigns, programming, etc.
Position Responsibilities:
- Execute all marketing initiatives, projects and collateral production to verify that sales and marketing objectives are achieved and that revenue opportunities are maximized.
- Drive same store sales growth through communication of the National brand strategy
- Collaborate with venue leaders to evaluate the marketing readiness for each venue to establish support approach and expectations
- Drive same store sales growth through communication of the National brand strategy and the development and implementation of complimenting tactics in assigned markets.
- Establish and manage the local venue marketing budget
- Serve as the platform’s brand guardian / liaison, verifying all marketing reflects brand voice.
- Manage internal and external partners to verify deliverables are executed to support venue strategy.
- Work alongside peers to drive additional business through local ideas, venue level feedback, and boots on the ground support where applicable.
- Completes other reasonable duties as requested by leadership.
Qualifications
Requirements & Minimum Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in brand marketing. Experience in “eatertainment” a plus
- Proven track record of successfully executing marketing plans and producing strong results vs. KPIs
- Ability to execute within a fast-paced environment and deliver amidst demanding timelines
- Highly analytically independent.
- Great storyteller
- Proven track record of budget management
- Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
