Key Responsibilities:
- Support all learning and development initiatives.
- Assist with planning and implementing ERP Workday Learning.
- Administer and maintain records for Incentive In-Service Training Program.
- Provide detailed analysis and reports on various topics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with specialization in human resources management or a closely related field.
- Three (3) or more years of experience in a learning and development or human resources generalist role.
- Extensive HR expertise, particularly in learning and development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
