Key Details

  • Daily Volume: 15-18 patients
  • Provider Coverage: 4-5 providers per day
  • Clinic Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm or 9am-5pm
  • Nursing Home: One half-day per week dedicated to seeing patients at one of the two on-site nursing homes
  • Electronic Medical Records: EPIC

This is a 1099 position with flexible start dates once credentialing is complete, and potential for long-term assignments.

Salary : $192,000 - $208,000
