Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management.
- Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure health and safety standards are met.
- Assist in housekeeping management tasks as needed, including training new staff members on cleaning procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections of cleaned areas to ensure quality standards are upheld.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial or residential cleaning preferred but not required.
- Strong understanding of sanitation practices and the ability to effectively clean various surfaces.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently or as part of a team.
- Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is a plus.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and prolonged standing.
