AVERAGE DAY AS A FRONT DESK SUPERVISOR

As our Front Desk Supervisor, you play a crucial role in upholding our commitment to exceptional guest service. Your responsibility includes demonstrating this commitment personally by responding to each guest's individual needs. Whether it's a special request or a simple question, you are there to provide attentive and personalized service, going above and beyond to exceed their expectations. You lead by example, inspiring and empowering our front desk staff to deliver the same level of responsive guest service, ensuring that our guests feel valued and well taken care of throughout their stay. Your contribution extends to maintaining our high standards of guest service by ensuring that all hotel staff are knowledgeable about incoming groups and new accounts. This knowledge allows your team to anticipate and meet the unique needs of each group, making their stay seamless and enjoyable. You also play a key role in ensuring that our front desk staff complies with unit cash handling, credit, and check cashing policies and procedures. This ensures the integrity of our operations and guarantees that our guests have a smooth and hassle-free experience. You will be over our dual-brand hotels in the Mayo Clinic Area, Staybridge Suites & our EVEN Hotel Rochester.
