Responsibilities: - Clean and maintain assigned areas in hotels, resorts, or other hospitality establishments - Perform general housekeeping duties such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and making beds - Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of guest rooms, common areas, and public spaces - Restock supplies and amenities in guest rooms and bathrooms - Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the housekeeping management - Follow established cleaning procedures and standards to maintain a high level of cleanliness - Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing housekeeping tasks - Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests or inquiries promptly Skills: - Experience in housekeeping or custodial work is preferred - Knowledge of floor care techniques and proper use of cleaning equipment - Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision - Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively - Ability to follow instructions and adhere to established cleaning procedures - Good communication skills to interact with guests and team members Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
