Vacation Home Housekeeper

We are currently seeking diligent and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Housekeepers, Inspectors and Launderers. Responsibilities

Cleaning and Preparation

• Perform thorough cleaning of vacation homes before and after guest stays.
• Pay special attention to high-touch surfaces, amenities, and guest necessities.
• Ensure each home is meticulously prepared to meet our high standards.

Linen and House Supply Management

• Manage and replenish linens, towels, and other supplies as needed.
• Conduct regular house supply checks and report any shortages or damages promptly.

Inspections

• Conduct detailed inspections of vacation homes to ensure cleanliness and adherence to company standards.
• Identify and report any maintenance issues, damages, or repairs needed.
• Maintain detailed inspection records and communicate findings to the management team.

Laundry

• Wash, dry, fold, and linens, towels, and other textiles used in guest accommodations
• Sort and organize laundry items efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the laundry area

Guest Interaction

• Provide a warm welcome to guests and address any immediate concerns or requests.
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with guests.

Maintenance Reporting

• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or repairs needed to the appropriate department.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping, preferably in a vacation rental or hospitality setting
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to lift, push and pull 50 pounds

Requirements

• Drivers license
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays

What We Offer

• Paid Time Off (after 90 days) - Starting at 40 hours per year (prorated)
• Performance-based bonuses
• $250 (taxed) bonus for any referral who works at least 6 months
• Earn up to $600/week based on a 40 hour work week ($15/hour)
