The Customer Service Coordinator has a critical role in supporting project execution by creating material orders, ensuring complete and timely deliverables, creating and customizing documentation, and administrative project management support.
- Process customer orders and ensure complete and timely delivery of material.
- Request and receive project files.
- Process and log change orders and no-charge deliveries.
- Analyze and compare material list for cost analysis.
- Assist project managers as needed. Coordinate customer requests in the project manager’s absence.
- Update database to ensure accurate reporting.
- Adapts to evolving processes and participates in continuous improvement efforts to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Maintains a high level of attention to detail and accountability, ensuring follow-through on all responsibilities.
- Experience in inventory, logistics, or related business applications.
- Working knowledge of database systems for data entry and reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally; both verbally and in writing with all levels inside and outside the organization.
- Prior CLP or NMBS knowledge and experience will be preferred.
- (2-3) years of experience in the construction or building materials Industry.
