SteerBridge Strategies is seeking a Junior Analyst (JA) to support data-driven healthcare initiatives for federal clients. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to meaningful work that impacts national health systems and drug review processes.
Candidates must have experience in the healthcare industry and be familiar with DASH or similar databases.

- Standardize, clean, and analyze healthcare-related data
- Use MS Excel and/or database software to manage and interpret large datasets
- Create reports and support both internal and client-facing data initiatives
- Support teams involved with the FDA drug review process or other federal health data projects
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship
- Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS)
- 2 years of professional experience in data analysis
- Healthcare Industry experience is required
- Experience with DASH or a similar database is required
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Experience working with the FDA or on drug review-related projects
- Background in life sciences or statistics
- This is a remote position with occasional travel to the FDA’s offices in the Washington, D.C. area.
