Responsibilities:

• Provides collaborative or consultative work of varying complexity in areas of technology related strategic direction and support, problem resolution, and translating and executing business requirements for assigned IT business areas.
• Directs methodologies and measures to ensure appropriate processes and procedures are effective and meet IT standards.
• Coordinates, plans, and executes solutions to meet needs of clients, work teams and/or internal or external organization management groups.
• May collaborate and/or coordinate with cross functional teams.
• Experienced level position requires developing career in field and gaining knowledge of industry practices.
• Requires moderate level of experience and proficiency in field.

Required Skills:

• The Release Manager will provide oversite, scheduling, coordination, communication, and support in the release of software deployments, upgrades and patches/bug fixes for the servers supported by client.
• They also contribute to operational improvements, and support our critical customers move to the Cloud and Colo.
• Need experience in Release management
• Need Agile knowledge/experience, Business analysis Project management experience
• Continuous improvement, ITSM, change management, cloud knowledge
• ServiceNow Experience
• Communication --Present information Plan & organize
• Problem solver
• Collaborator with a lot of different personalities
• Team size of 8 interns
• Providing oversight/coordination/communication/support for software upgrades & projects.
