Food and Beverage Manager
Works with the other Food and Beverage Managers and helps oversee and lead the Food and Beverage team in all daily operational duties. In addition, this position assists in the overall management of the Front of House F&B operations.
Other responsibilities:
- Develop active knowledge of food and beverage products served in the outlets
- Actively supervise and assist with the greeting of food and beverage guests.
- Maintain POS system by keeping database current and organized.
- Supervise the cleanliness of all areas related to the outlet.
