The ideal junior paralegal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, have superb writing and verbal communication skills, possess strong computer skills, have excellent attention to detail as well as exceptional organization and time-management skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office suite, be able to record billable hours timely and accurately utilizing firm billing protocols, be able to perform office administrative tasks when needed and be available to work overtime as required, particularly during a trial.
