About YOU:

Are you an experienced paralegal looking for an exciting new opportunity to work on complex and challenging cases? Do you have a passion for seeking justice for those who have been injured through no fault of their own? If so, we have the perfect job for you!

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal support to our attorneys as they handle a wide variety of personal injury cases, from inception to resolution.

In this role, you will be expected to:

  • Assist with drafting and filing legal documents, including complaints, motions, and discovery requests
  • Conduct legal research on relevant laws and regulations related to personal injury cases
  • Manage case files, including organizing and maintaining case documents, evidence, and correspondence
  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties to the case
  • Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, and trials
  • Review and analyze medical records and other evidence to assist with case preparation and evaluation
  • Work collaboratively with the legal team to develop and implement case strategies

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience working as a litigation paralegal in a personal injury law firm
  • Strong communication, research, and writing skills
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • A strong commitment to client service and achieving positive outcomes for clients
  • Experience with case management software, such as Needles, is a plus
  • A paralegal certificate or degree in paralegal studies is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $58,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
