Stellar Care and Services is looking for a Residential Program Director for our Westminster location. Hours: Salaried. Regular hours are 8-5, Monday through Friday.
Compensation: $52,849.58 per year, cell phone stipend, and mileage reimbursement.

Responsibilities:
- On Call outside of business hours, call volume is typically very low
- Ensuring all aspects of the program are developed, implemented, coordinated, and monitored to the highest degree possible.
- Provides training for staff/contractors.
- Assures all state rules, regulations, policies, and procedures are followed.
- Provides ongoing feedback and leadership; demonstrates techniques; acts as a role model.
- Contacts case managers for planning, meeting coordination, and scheduling of interdisciplinary team meetings.
- Communicate with families/guardians regularly regarding persons served needs and progress, contact information for emergencies, and health concerns.
- Addresses concerns or complaints from family members, guardians, and other stakeholders.
- Monthly contact at a minimum with all individuals served on caseload, more frequent as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or 5 years prior relevant experience required.
- Experience in human services is required; experience supporting those with intellectual and developmental disabilities is preferred.
- Management experience preferred. This position manages employees and contractors.
- Reliable vehicle required; driving is required for this position.
- Experience navigating complicated systems, Medicaid, writing and implementing programs, is preferred.
- Good decision-making, time management, communication skills, and flexibility are required.
