  • Lead onshore / offshore teams and vendor partnerships.

  • Introduce new technologies to enhance research capabilities.

Qualifications :

  • 12 years in global research operations.
  • Expertise in CX platforms (Qualtrics, Medallia).
  • Strong leadership and agile management experience.
  • Proven success in process optimization and team management.
