Custodian

Summary Objective
The Custodian maintains a clean working environment for all staff and visitors, ensuring all areas are safe.
Essential Functions
- Clean and sanitize entry/lobby, general office areas, break rooms, restrooms, hallways, windows and polish fixtures.
- Make sure floors are mopped, washed and vacuumed.
- Maintains cleanliness of shop floor.
- Dusts and vacuums furniture.
- Empty trash.
- Removes recycling materials.
- Maintain outside walk areas, including sweeping debris and washing walkways.
- Tracks and orders maintenance supplies.
- Prepares for ISO 9001 and other audits.

Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions at construction job sites. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud. This position is performed inside and outside with uncontrolled weather conditions.

Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. First shift days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Travel
Travel is primarily not required with exception to local travel during the business day.

Additional Eligibility Qualifications
Must have dependable transportation, valid driver’s license, clean back-ground check and random drug screening consent.
Work Authorization
