Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and collaborative Project Manager with 4 7 years of experience to lead strategic initiatives and support Agile delivery across multiple business units. The ideal candidate is a servant leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enabling teams to deliver high-quality features with speed and precision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end project delivery using Agile and SDLC frameworks
- Facilitate PI planning, requirement gathering, roadmapping, and status reporting
- Manage risk, dependencies, and cross-functional coordination
- Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain refined backlogs and roadmaps
- Track KPIs and delivery metrics using Jira, SharePoint, Teams, etc.
- Support project intake and prioritization processes
- Coach teams through project milestones and delivery best practices
Required Skills & Experience:
- PMP certification or equivalent project management expertise
- Hands-on experience with SAFe Agile and SDLC methodologies
- Strong communication, risk mitigation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Structure, SharePoint)
- Ability to work closely with product and engineering teams to drive results
