We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender and Servers to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, maintaining an inviting atmosphere, and ensuring that guests have a memorable experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
- Monitor inventory levels of liquor, beer, wine, and other supplies; assist in ordering when necessary.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices.
Skills
- Experience in fine dining or food service environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and proficiency in using a cash register.
- Strong mathematical skills for accurate cash management and drink preparation measurements.
- Excellent hospitality skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Experience in nightclub or banquet settings is advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
- Knowledge of the food industry trends and cocktail recipes is a plus.
