A rapidly scaling AI company in heavy industry is looking for an exceptional Head of Operations & Finance to help drive our next stage of growth. Our AI systems are already operating inside major factories, making billions of dollars of decisions per year and we’re scaling fast across the US and internationally.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-moving, high-trust environments and wants to help shape a company moving from <10 to 20 people while expanding into new markets.
What You’ll Lead:
- Financial forecasting, budgeting, and strategic decision-making
- Capacity planning, staffing, and supporting complex enterprise deployments
- Payroll, compensation, contracts, and people operations
- Fundraising materials, investor reporting, and board prep
- International operations including visas, insurance, taxation, and entity admin
- Building efficient processes and automations as we scale
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience running operations and finance at an early-stage startup
- High mathematical aptitude and strong financial modeling skills
- Extreme discipline, ownership, and clear communication
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-changing environment
- Someone excited to work closely with engineers and spend time in real industrial settings
