Our Compliance and Quality Assurance team is growing and looking to add a new team member. The Compliance Specialists will support the team with a wide range of activities related to compliance management and ensuring quality processes are implemented with our corporate clients and consumers. The primary areas of responsibility include:
- Processing financial hardship considerations
- Handling customer disputes related to their accounts
- Establishing and maintaining relationships and communications with corporate clients
- Performing quality assurance of collection correspondence(s)
- Prepare customer correspondences
Position Requirement:
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in business, legal, or similar field.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills; communicating complex issues to internal and external audiences
- Excellent keyboarding and software skills in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Able to support team members and move between assignments as needed to meet business objectives.
- Highly dependable individuals with exceptional attention to detail
Successful completion of a pre-employment background check and drug test are required. This position is currently being offered as an in-office role and remote work is not currently being offered.
