The Commercial Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine building maintenance tasks and assisting with the operation of assigned properties.
Job Description
- Responsible for the completion of all maintenance service requests, as assigned
- Ensure compliance of all work-related activities in a fair, ethical and consistent manner
- Follow established company policies as outlined in Employee Handbook
- General oversite of central plant at assigned property.
- Perform minor HVAC, electrical & plumbing maintenance.
- Perform minor painting, carpentry (e.g. hanging doors, fitting locks and handles, etc.)
- Assure safety standards are used which comply with all company guidelines
- Maintain a professional, courteous manner with all clients and fellow employees
- Perform special projects, as assigned
- Maintain interior and exterior of property to the highest level.
- Job requires a moderate degree of exertion. Tech must be physically capable of exerting 20-50 pounds of force, occasionally

- 2 years experience in related field
