We are a Christian School and are looking for someone who has a personal relationship with Christ to lead our staff and students.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the preschool's educational programs and services.
- Manage the preschool's budget, ensuring financial sustainability while maximizing resources for educational purposes.
- Creating staff schedules.
- Schedule and give tours of the facility to prospective families.
- Lead, mentor, and support teaching staff to promote professional growth and maintain high standards of education.
- Oversee education administration tasks, including enrollment processes, curriculum development, and compliance with state regulations.
- Foster strong relationships with parents, staff, and the community to create a supportive learning environment.
- Conduct regular assessments of educational programs to ensure quality and effectiveness in meeting children's needs.
- Organize training sessions and workshops for staff to enhance teaching methodologies and administrative practices.
Skills
- Proven experience in strategic planning within an educational setting.
- Strong budgeting skills with an understanding of financial management in education.
- Exceptional management abilities to lead a diverse team effectively. This includes conflict resolution skills.
- Knowledge of education administration principles and practices relevant to early childhood education.
- Demonstrated leadership skills that inspire and motivate staff towards achieving common goals.
- Degree in early childhood education or a related field as well as Director's Credential.
- Prior teaching experience is beneficial to understand classroom dynamics and curriculum implementation. We are located at 1119 S Cherry St., Tomball, TX 77375. We are open from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday. We are closed most major holidays.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
