Here is what you can expect to be working on :
- AI-powered Learning Experience : Develop and iterate on an advanced Learning Management System that generates outcomes! Focus on seamless UX, peer-to-peer engagement, gamification and motivational mechanisms. Leverage Generative AI to provide feedback to students and develop personalized learning experiences.
- Empower the Internal Workforce : Design and maintain platforms for instructors, TAs, coaches, and operators. Leverage Generative AI to scale human connections and maximize students' success.
- Career Service at Scale : Empower graduates to find jobs and match our growing network of clinical partners. Apply generative AI to the job seeking process, from resume generation, to interview training.
- Data Pipelines : Make data reliable and accessible to everyone at Stepful, empower the business, learning and operation teams at Stepful to take data driven decisions.
You can expect to be leading a nimble engineering team, 4-5 people, that operates full stack and iterates fast. You will still be heavily hands-on and can expect 50% of your time to be allocated to individual engineering work.
