Key Responsibilities:
- E-Commerce Management:
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring that all product listings are accurate and up-to-date.
- Post and maintain digital assets for all e-commerce marketplaces.
- Monitor inventory levels, sales performance, and product availability, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Analyze sales data and marketing performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Photography:
- Capture high-quality images of products for the e-commerce website, ensuring that all visuals align with brand guidelines and standards.
- Edit and enhance product photos as needed, ensuring optimal presentation on various digital platforms.
- Organize and maintain a photo library for easy access and use across marketing channels.
- Content Creation:
- Develop engaging product descriptions and copy for the e-commerce website that highlights key features and benefits.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional content, including emails, newsletters, social media posts, and blog articles.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in e-commerce content strategy, implementing new ideas to enhance user engagement and conversion rates.
- Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and customer service, to execute promotional campaigns and improve the overall customer experience.
- Update and maintain email marketing lists for distribution across multiple channels.
- Generate regular reports on e-commerce performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to enhance strategies and achieve sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in e-commerce coordination, digital marketing, or a similar.
- Strong photography skills with experience in product photography and photo editing (familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or similar software).
- In-depth knowledge of Photoshop/G.I.M.P or design software required for the creation of digital assets, including, but not limited to, emails, A content, infographics, alternate product photography, and sizing charts.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Shopify, WooCommerce) and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
