Job descriptionRiverPoint Landing is searching for a full-time maintenance person to join our organization. Weekends required.Job Responsibilities: We are looking for a team player with an eye for detail to perform general maintenance throughout the Marina-Resort. Responsibilities will also include boat launching and fueling. The ideal candidate will have experience in grounds maintenance with the ability to operate power driven equipment such as mowers, edgers, blowers. Previous experience driving a tractor is a plus. Other duties as assigned. Education and Experience: Must be at least 18 years of age Must have valid CA Driver's License High-school diploma or equivalent Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 50 lbs. Ability to work independently Ability to work in a team environment Job Type: Full-time
