Job description
Seeking a Case Manager for our Gallipolis Residential Treatment Center and Transitional/Sober Living clients. We have a very rewarding program which is clinically-based with faith-based option. We provide our clients access to community resources and transportation to various locations (dests, optometrists, courts, etc.) both in town and out of town using our company vehicles. We are seeking employees long term as well as people seeking opportunities for personal growth.
We have one of the nicest physical plant Residential Treatment Facilities in Ohio and many Transitional/Sober Living apartments behind it, as well as a medical office, mental health management and lab/urine draws onsite all here on one three acre campus with outstanding program results.
Candidates must be able to pass a BCI/FBI Background check as well as drug screening randomly, will need CPR/First Aid certification a driver's license and a reasonably good driving record.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $11.50 - $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
