Job Title : Night Auditor

Our company is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions and guest information during the overnight shift.

Responsibilities :

  • Conducting nightly audits of financial transactions and guest information
  • Verifying the accuracy of guest accounts and resolving any discrepancies
  • Preparing daily reports and distributing them to the appropriate departments
  • Assisting with the check-in and check-out process for guests
  • Responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during the overnight shift
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area

Requirements :

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
  • Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
