As a field-based specialist, you’ll combine hands-on service, sharp troubleshooting, and clear communication to deliver exceptional outcomes.Why This Role MattersBe the first line of support for Customer satisfaction—owning updates, timelines, and fast resolutions.Promote best-practice cleaning and preventative care to enhance equipment performance and reliability.Keep teams aligned by partnering with Scheduling, your Supervisor, Field Service partners, and contract administration.Your Core ResponsibilitiesExecute sterilizer chamber cleaning: replace required chemical ingredients, adjust chemical levels, monitor processes and pressures, and maintain/repair chamber cleaning equipment.Follow strict protocols to handle, transport, and dispose of chemicals safely.Use company-issued smartphone, laptop, and software for documentation, reporting, and communication.Plan efficient daily routes; meet coverage and service standards across your territory.Identify issues with equipment or system components and engage the proper technical contacts.Maintain stewardship of company vehicle, tools, equipment, and parts inventory; escalate any safety or operational concerns.Travel, Hours, and FlexibilityFrequent travel (~75%) in a company van you keep at home; most trips are within a few hours’ drive, with occasional air travel to other territories.Full-time position with variable shifts (morning, afternoon, night) and some weekend days.Expect overtime and up to 50% overnight travel as needed.QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED.3 years of work experience, including at least 1 year in a technical/service trade such as sterile processing, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, construction, or automotive.
