What are the responsibilities and job description for the Barback/Server position at Sterling Cigar Lounge and Bar?
-Sterling Cigar Lounge is Tampa's newest upscale cigar lounge located in the cigar capital of the world known as Ybor City .
-The lounge is outfitted with a highend exhaust ventilation system that changes the air in the space to bring in fresh air from outside.
-Sterling Cigar Lounge is looking for a Bar- Back with 2 years of experience.
#1: Must be able to handle constant smoke and music noise.
#2: Must be able to work evening, nights and weekends.
#3: Must be able to work with others as a team and have the ability to create positive environment .
#4: Must have a happy motivated attitude at all times.
#5: Being able to prepare plates which will be provided manual by the manager.
#6: Replenishing ice at the bar.
#7: Basic cleaning of the lounge such as mopping , dusting, wiping taking garbage bags.
#8: Stocking the bar (inventory will be done by manager).
#9: Checking in with bartenders to see if they need anything.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
