This role will perform complex technical work involving the installation, operation, maintenance, modification, service, and repair of electrical systems, machinery, and facility equipment. The position also includes mechanical support and project leadership responsibilities within the manufacturing environment.

- Perform complex troubleshooting and analysis of manufacturing and maintenance issues and implement effective, quality-driven solutions.
- Lead maintenance-related projects and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform general upkeep and maintenance of the facility’s electrical systems.
- Routinely inspect electrical systems, wiring, and components on manufacturing equipment and throughout the facility.
- Repair, install, adjust, and maintain production machinery and related equipment.
- Diagnose and repair faulty wiring and electrical components.
- Schedule and perform routine preventative maintenance on machines and facility systems.
- Inspect machines regularly for signs of malfunction or potential failure.
- Read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and blueprints.
- Support and maintain spare parts inventory for electrical and maintenance components.
- Adhere to all safety standards, policies, and procedures.
- Assist with mechanical maintenance tasks as needed.
- Act competently and decisively in emergency or unplanned downtime situations.
- 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proven experience working as a Maintenance Electrician.
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems and the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Mechanical experience or aptitude is a strong plus.
- Ability to lead projects and guide other maintenance team members.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot under pressure.
Salary : $32 - $37
