What are the responsibilities and job description for the Garden Center Associate position at Sterling Greenery?

The work stuff:
- Maintain the garden center by organizing products, restocking shelves, and ensuring a clean and inviting environment
- Operate cash registers and point-of-sale (POS) system
- Answer customer inquiries in person, over the phone, or via email
- Collaborate with team members to provide unbeatable customer service
Experience:
- Previous experience in a retail or garden center environment is not required
- Familiarity with landscape maintenance techniques and lawn care products is beneficial
- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus
-Good spelling and math skills
-Loader or skid steer experience is a plus
