Sterling has partnered with a local manufacturing company to find an experienced customer service expert to add to their growing team.
Position is Daylight shift.
Hours: 9am to 5pm
$29 per hour

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support and resolve issues through phone, email, and Teams, working cross-functionally with various departments within the company.
- Accountable for correct SAP order entry and generation of all necessary order paperwork, such as order confirmations, order acknowledgments, and paperwork for international orders.
- Provide freight quotes to customers.
- Secure information for creation and maintenance of customer master files and price condition records in SAP.
- Ensure appropriate and thorough review of month-end close items to prevent any deficiencies in the revenue recognition process
- Bilingula is a huge plus
Education and Experience:
- Required Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.), or equivalent from four-year college or university.
- 2 years SAP Experience in Sales & Distribution is required.
- 2 years sales and distribution or customer service experience is required.
- Strong communication skills – written and oral required.
- Detail oriented mindset is required.
