As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction with their vehicle maintenance and repair experience. Your role will involve assisting customers with their service needs, recommending necessary repairs and maintenance, and coordinating with our technicians to ensure timely completion of work. Responsibilities: - Greet customers and assist them in determining their vehicle service needs - Provide accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance services - Upsell additional services or repairs based on customer needs - Schedule appointments and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work - Communicate with customers regarding the status of their vehicle repairs - Answer customer inquiries and address any concerns or complaints - Process payments and handle cash transactions - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history Skills: - Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell services - Knowledge of air brake systems, suspension systems, and transmission systems - Familiarity with tire services, including installation, rotation, and balancing - Basic understanding of diesel engine repair and maintenance - Mechanical aptitude to understand vehicle issues and recommend appropriate solutions - Proficient in performing oil changes and other routine maintenance tasks - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers - Strong communication skills to effectively convey information to customers and technicians - Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and securely If you are a motivated individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service in the automotive industry, we encourage you to apply for the position of Service Advisor.
